So, when the contract says "Right to use said property is in perpetuity", there's in essence, no guarantee. One could hope to get a couple of years out of it, in which case I'd feel like I'd recouped my $$$$. I'm still waivering.

The broker said yes, that is what he had been told, but since then he has learned that the assurance ONLY applies to South African owners that have the RCI Visa card. It does not apply to purchasers from the US.
