| After my posting last night, I contacted the broker just to verify that I had accurately stated what I had been told about RCI assuring owners of at least 15 years of exchanges. The broker said yes, that is what he had been told, but since then he has learned that the assurance ONLY applies to South African owners that have the RCI Visa card. It does not apply to purchasers from the US. Basil |
