Chris, I know that members can transfer banked weeks when they sell the week. I don't know if ordinary members can transfer banked weeks solely by themselves; I've never tried. The space-banked week that was transferred to me was from the broker, and he has a broker account with RCI. I did have to buy the space banked deposit from him, but I don't think there was any additional charge by RCI to make the transfer, and it showed up in my account the day after the purchase.

I also know that some resorts will transfer space bank deposits to your account, and I have seen other advertisements offering to do so. You can check out some of these ads on the TST website.
