Can one RCI member "transfer" a banked week to another RCI member's account???Does it cost anything???How does it work???
In about a month,I'll have 2 more ,California-beach weeks in my account...only these will be 1 and 2 br units and also summer weeks...we'll have to do another "test" then to see how the South African weeks due against bright red weeks.It should be interesting.Thanks-Chris
