Our members say:
I have been in the suites at the Seaport Suites, and they are rather average.
The location is in lower Manhattan near Wall Street. It is central to many
of the activities in lower Manhattan. You can walk to the South St. Seaport.
A 10 minute walk south will put you at Battery Park, the Staten Island Ferry,
and the Statue of Liberty. If you care for visiting the Stock Exchange, you
are again within walking distance. The unit I saw was a two bedroom, with
full kitchen. The building is 8 stories tall, and is in the middle of many
other tall buildings, so the view out of the windows is of skyscrapers and
sides of drab buildings. If you rent a car, there is plenty of parking a
block away. The Seaport Suites does not have a restaurant. There is a tavern
on the first floor. There are plenty of eateries in the surrounding area.
If you do not rent a car, you are within a few blocks of the subway system,
as well as many buses which will take you to almost any of the tourist sites
of NYC. Total overview is the Seaport Suites provides basic sleeping quarters
for someone wanting to tour NYC, but it does not compare with many of the
other timeshares I have visited. This is the only timeshare that I know of
in NYC. Hope this helps out.
