The Outer Banks is a very special place.  Duck is a neat    

area.  Try to stay out of Nag's Head, but do plan several   

days to drive south into the National Seashore area.  There 

are literally miles of uninhabitated beaches.  Views are    

great.  To the uniniated the water may appear cold; give the

ocean about five minutes.  If you are swimers, you will find

this quite wonderful{I could never understand people who    

would sit around a small pool when the salt, sand and surf  

are so special}.  Excellent seafood ---- although, the condo

kitchen offers a good seafood prep  area.
