Two points. 1) Alpenland is still located in a foreign country and your ownership will be in that country regardless of who manages it.
2) I would be cautious of any resort with abnormally low maintenance fees. It takes just so much money to keep the resort running and do the necessary maintenance. They are probably a "special assessment" waiting to happen.
