> Lisa, the answer is yes, except it was the broker and not the resort that sold me one of the space-banked deposits. I'm a doubting Thomas and I had a hard time believing that a resort that was this low in price and maintenance fee could generate the exchanges the broker was claiming this one could produce. So I inquired whether he could just sell me a space-bank deposit so I could see for myself, and he did (he did charge me for the deposit). And I have to say that the resort does indeed appear to trade as well as the broker claimed it would.
