Actually, it's even more complicated than that. You have to ask a rep at our RCI # to request, then they contact SA and then SA gets back with you.

At least that's what a rep told me. She actually asked a supervisor to explain to her how it works. She said in RCI terminology it's called "off-line". Same with Japan and I don't know where else.
