| I included a link to RCI South Africa's website in a note a few days ago...many people have mentioned that Dikhololo is not listed in "our" US-version of the RCI Catelog. In fact, *none* of the South African resorts are listed at all (not even text only listings). During a "political unrest" toward the end of apartheid, RCI removed the South African listings from the US Books (This was many years ago, but I have old books *with* the listings, from the late 1980's I think). They never returned the listings to the US Book. Fern Modena, aka Mindy97 on CHAT > I am purchasing my unit through International Condominium Wholsalers, Inc. of Montgomery, Texas. This broker has a relationship directly with the resort. He can be reached by e-mail at jpccrt@sprynet.com. I'd rather not post the price on the BBS (it would shock you), but I will say that maintenance is $108.00 per year, and has dropped, in U.S. dollar terms, the last several years in a row due to declining Rand (S.African currency). Jeff Crouch at ICW can give you all the details. > In addition to the RCI South Africa pages that Fern mentioned, it is featured at the following: > http//www.reshotline.co.za/venues/dikholologamelodge.html > and there is a somewhat dated review here on TUG. > Also, I found a listing of Dikhololo resort for sale (mostly white weeks) by owner: http://www.global-resorts.co.za/dik03.htm. I will say that the prices Jeff offered seemed Very competitive to the prices here. The prices are in Rands, and there is a currency converter link on the page. When I looked, the rate was about R3.6 to $1. > > David
