Put the old "We could see your dad more easily" thing on him. (We wouldn't stay with them if we went there. The stepmom smokes and we have a child.) It sounds too good to be true, which is something my father always told me to be skeptical of, and believe me I am. Someone needs to talk me out of this, or shed some light on this subject, because I am very close to sealing the deal. Anyone else out there have an opinion? What are the pitfalls here? I've read this whole thread, and have seen only one or two negative comments.
