Before putting money down, I would want to make sure that Tom wasn't just the fortunate recipient of a computer glitch. (Unlikely, but it does happen.) There are a lot of gold crown resorts in South Africa so maybe someone at RCI will fess up to whether they all trade well. (You might have to ask the question the opposite way -- how hard are they to get into?)
