Linda, I have been reading up on S. Africa. From what I have gathered, I expect the Rand is about bottomed out right now and will go back up, in which case the maintenance fees WILL get higher. On the other hand, so will the US dollar value of the timeshare. Maint. right now is $108 on a one bedroom which figures out to R672. Pam
