TUG Membership Application & Payment Form

If you haven't joined our group yet, we would love to have you. Please use this form for your membership application and payment information. Hopefully you have enjoyed what we are doing on the web site. More than anything else, your membership dues pay for this site and all the associated costs of running the Timeshare Users Group this includes: phone bills, online fees, website fees, domain registrations, postage, etc.....but NO LABOR COST....we are an all volunteer organization. Our new membership dues are only $15 US.

To join and pay your membership dues:

Complete and submit this membership application. Then pay your first year dues of only $15. Below are the payment options.
By phone - To pay for membership using either a Visa or Mastercard (our bank only handles these 2 types):

The phones are usually answered in person between noon and 4pm EST weekdays. At other times, there is a secure answer machine (it is in my private office and I am the only one who has access to it) to take your membership information.

By fax - 904-264-6011 (fax line is usually busy during the day as it is also the computer line).
By email - just fill in the credit card info below in the membership application.

If you are using this form you will not be required to complete the New Member survey. Once your payment is verified you will be notified via email ( this notice contains your user id and password to access the members only section of the TUG Web Site). Note on bad email addresses.

I have a stack of new membership that have not been processed yet because we don't have the proper email addresses (or the ones used in the survey are bad). I also get many (see our Bad Email list on this Web site ) surveys with the wrong or bad email address listed. Your browser will send the email address you used in your setup even if it is wrong. If you are not sure what your email address really is, ask your Internet provider and then send yourself an email message to check it out. Note that the major online servers use your online name as the first part of your Internet address, then just add their domain address to that. For example:

Compuserve... 71753.3427@compuserve.com ( note - compuserve converts the coma in your users name to a period for the Internet address )

For your info, the above address are all good for TUG, but please use the tug@timeshare-users-group.com as we forward all the email to this central address and the others are not checked as often.
